Many say to drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. How much do you drink?

I usually drink 5 glasses of water per day. If i am exercising i may cross into 8 glasses for the day.

It varies , between 5-10 and you must also factor in other liquids (coffee, tea etc).  While i the ole 8 Glasses have been a long standing rule of thumb I think following your thirst is a good guide as to what you need.
