Deep breathing & yoga works for me.
One thing that always works for me during times of stress is deep breathing. I usually start to feel about after about 3 well controlled, very deep breaths. After that, I check my thoughts and ask myself questions like, what kind of stressful thoughts am I thinking? How are they helping me? Then I try thinking new thoughts, ones that empower and nurture. Self talk, positive self talk that is, is very important to me.
