About Me
Figuring out who I am has been a continuing journey of discovery. The more I dig the more is found, who knew there was so much depth beneath the surface. The journey hasn’t always been amazing, fun and self fulfilling. In the beginning there were many empty, frustrating, disillusioned days and nights.

Growing up I was always relatively good at whatever I did, whether it be sports, school or work. With enough effort I could do most things pretty good, I considered myself an all rounder, jack of all trades but master of none. I really didn’t know what I wanted to do or be, I just went with the flow. I studied Business Management and later CIS (Computing & Information Systems). My work journey was somewhat confusing, Oil & Gas Industry, Bakery, Sales, Computer Support. How could all this be related to the same person?

Some years ago I reached a low point in my life, I think they call it mid-life crisis. I questioned myself over and over about my life direction, what have I accomplished? Am I happy? What is my Purpose? What am I good at, what are my talents and gifts? How come I feel half dead, is this all life has to offer? At this low point I felt frustration, emptiness, sadness, depression, and disillusionment. After contemplating for many a night, is the rest of my life going to be like this? Something in me snapped, an inner voice said there is more to life than this. I vowed that day that I would find my way, my life, my purpose no matter what it took.. and so began my journey of discovery.

I asked myself what did I enjoy about my job? What part kept me there day after day. Surprisingly, I never thought about this on a deep level. What I realized was that I really felt fulfilled when I helped people. Connecting with people, making a difference in people’s lives these were the moments that made me feel alive, passionate and fulfilled.

During this period of inquiry and exploration I also started to read up on Personality Types and how this relates to Career choices. I took various personality tests to figure where I fit in the scheme of things. In the Myers Briggs Type Indicator I discovered that I was an INFJ. That day there was a shift in my Paradigm, I realized that I actually fit in somewhere and there were other people like me. As I read more and more about my Type I began to truly understand myself and become more self-aware. (Another personality type tool worth exploring is the Enneagram)

I realized that I had been working in jobs that utilsed eighty percent of my secondary strengths and talents and only 20 percent of my primary God given strengths. No wonder I felt empty, frustrated, disillusioned. What career utilizes my following strengths: empathy, compassion, sensitivity, intuition? This was a hard one. Growing up I had thought that these were not strengths but weaknesses, and had submerged them. But to truly live a purposeful and authentic life I needed to embrace this side of me and discover a Career that would remain true to my identity.

After, searching for many months I found what I was looking for. A friend who was experiencing a similar journey said she had thought about becoming a Life Coach. What was that I asked, I knew about a Sport Coaches but what was a Life Coach. As I researched this new profession I realized right away that this was a perfect match for me. My strengths and talents matched with the requirements for a Coach. When I read what a coaches do it seemed more like fun than work. This in itself signaled that I had reached where I was searching for; and this led to the next phase of my life – training to become a Life Coach. I signed up with International Coach Academy (ICA) and have been enjoying every minute of the journey.

I am on a journey of self-discovery and transformation I use coaching, yoga, qi gong, meditation, and recently reiki to aid me on my path. My personal mission is to help others on their journey through life and to transform lives.

Cleansing (from the inside) makes you feel better

Here's how life can get better when we do cleanse!

- Helps remove waste/debris and toxic chemicals (preservatives, artificial colors, pesticides, herbicides, etc.) from the colon and other body cells.

Improves digestion (removal of putrid material associated with gas, body odor, etc.)

- Helps tune up the intestinal system, which has a tendency to get sluggish without proper fiber and water.

Harmful toxins around us (why we need to cleanse!)

“Death begins in the colon.”

Different sources attribute this quote to The Royal Society of Medicine of Great Britain, Dr. Bernard Jensen and to Elie Metchnikoff, a Russian Nobel Prize-winning biologist. No matter who said it first, it seems sensible that the organ that houses the body’s waste and toxins for elimination is the same place where adverse health conditions would originate, and, consequently, health should flourish…
