4 Effective Beauty Tips for Acne Prone Skin

One of the biggest concerns of teenagers is acne-prone skin. Due to their oily skin, grease and dirt traps in skin and clog up the pores which becomes a breeding ground for bacteria. Given here are certain tips using which they can have clean and clear skin devoid of pimples.

Keeping Hands and Hair off The Face:

Oil, sweat and debris clog your skin pores which lead to the pimples. So, make sure you do not touch your face with hands. Similarly, tie your hair neatly and do not let them touch your face. This will check your skin becoming the breeding ground of bacteria and it will stay radiant.

Wash Your Face Three Times a Day With Good Acne Cleanser:

Your sebaceous (oil glands) are over-active when you are in your teens and hence you need to clean your face from time to time (at least 3 times a day) to get rid of excess oil. Make use of a good herbal acne cleanser and avoid using soaps on your skin.

Make Cucumber Face Mask:

Make a paste by blending one small cucumber with one cup of oatmeal. Mix one teaspoon of paste with one teaspoon of yogurt and apply the same all over your face. Leave for half an hour and rinse off with normal water.

Honey Mask is Effective:

Before applying the honey mask over your face, rinse the face with lukewarm water so that pores get open. Then apply honey mixed with a few drops of rose water all over your face and leave for about half an hour. Rinse the honey with warm water and then rinse with cold water to close your pores.

If you have an acne prone oily skin, you have a reason to be happy also. This type of skin ages way slower than the dry skin. So, you will remain younger for a longer time. But, if this skin-type is proving to be a pain in the back because of the acne issues it’s time for you to take a complete care.

You should make use of the above given beauty tips and try to keep your skin as oil-free as possible. Apart from this, take adequate amount of sleep and keep stress at bay.  Avoid eating oily and spicy foods and take a proper care to remove excess oil from your face time to time.
